I’m originally from Estonia and now live in Denmark, but wherever I have been in life, art has always been a part of me. I fell in love with creating when I was very young and attended art school as a child. Even though life took me in many different directions, I always found my way back to art.

I am especially drawn to abstract art because it gives me the freedom to express emotions that are sometimes difficult to put into words. For me, a painting is not just about what you see — it is about what you feel.

I love working with colour, texture, movement, and layers, and letting the painting develop naturally as I create. Sometimes I begin with an idea or an emotion, and sometimes I simply start painting and see where it takes me.

I believe that everyone can see something different in the same painting, and that is what makes abstract art so beautiful to me.

Creating art makes me feel connected to myself. It gives me a space to explore, feel, and express — and I feel happiest when I am creating.
